Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Fixeet platform — including software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Fixeet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fixeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Fixeet may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of Fixeet after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
