Every feature is on every plan, including the free one. Plans differ only in how many active projects they allow.
Every project counts, at every level of the hierarchy. A building modelled as a building with floors and apartments is not one project — it is all of them. Contractor mirrors of a customer's project are never counted.
Freezing a project makes it read-only and takes it out of the count, so a finished building stops costing you anything. Freezing a parent offers to freeze everything below it in one action.
